You can request a refund if:
- Your device isn't compatible
- You've changed your mind about your trip
- You haven't activated your eSIM yet
- You had a technical issue and couldn't use the service
Please note that we’ll need to check that you haven’t used the product before we can give you a refund. You can reach out to us through this form.
If everything checks out, the refund will go back to the same payment method you used. It usually takes about 5 to 15 working days to process.
