You can purchase your eSIM at any time before your departure.
To install it, you will need a stable internet connection, so we recommend completing the installation in your home country a few hours before your trip.
Activate the eSIM once you arrive at your destination by turning Data Roaming ON.
If you experience any issues upon arrival, please do not delete the eSIM, as it cannot be downloaded again. Instead, contact our customer support for assistance.
