📞 How to make a call
Always dial in international format, even for a local number:
1. Dial + (or 00)
2. Enter the country code
3. Enter the phone number
Example: to call Spain, dial +34 followed by the number.
💡 For countries where numbers start with 0 — like France or the UK — drop the leading zero after the country code.
⚠️ Short, special and premium-rate numbers aren't available with our plans, for calls or texts.
Outgoing calls and texts
Calls and texts you make are deducted from the allowance included in your plan.
Incoming calls
It depends on where you are:
- In Europe — receiving calls doesn't use your allowance
- Outside Europe — receiving calls uses your included minutes
Incoming texts
Receiving texts never uses your plan, wherever you are.

You can see your remaining data and validity at any time in the Orange Travel app, under My eSMs.
