Your eSIM should connect automatically to the best local network once installed.
If not, check these steps:

Enable data roaming
iPhone: Settings → Mobile Data → Mobile Data Options → Enable Data Roaming
Android: Settings → SIM cards & Mobile Networks → Select your SIM → Enable Data Roaming

Check that your phone is unlocked
iPhone: Settings → General → About → Network Provider Lock → should say No SIM restrictions
Android: contact your operator to confirm your phone is unlocked

Verify APN settings
Make sure your APN matches the instructions in the APN Settings section.
If you still cannot get your SIM or eSIM to work, please contact our customer service .
If your SIM or eSIM is connected but you can’t access the Internet:
Check your APN settings.
For Orange Holiday Europe, use the following values:
APN: orange
Username: orange
Password: orange
Then restart your phone and try connecting again.
