My eSIM is not working, what can I do?

Your eSIM should connect automatically to the best local network once installed.
If not, check these steps:

  1. Enable data roaming

    • iPhone: Settings → Mobile Data → Mobile Data Options → Enable Data Roaming

    • Android: Settings → SIM cards & Mobile Networks → Select your SIM → Enable Data Roaming

  2. Check that your phone is unlocked

    • iPhone: Settings → General → About → Network Provider Lock → should say No SIM restrictions

    • Android: contact your operator to confirm your phone is unlocked

  3. Verify APN settings

    • Make sure your APN matches the instructions in the APN Settings section.

If you still cannot get your SIM or eSIM to work, please contact our customer service .

If your SIM or eSIM is connected but you can’t access the Internet:
Check your APN settings.
For Orange Holiday Europe, use the following values:

  • APN: orange

  • Username: orange

  • Password: orange

Then restart your phone and try connecting again.
