My SIM card or eSIM has expired, is it possible to reactivate it?

Several reasons can cause your SIM card or your eSIM to expire:

  • You have used all your credit or the validity date of the plan has expired : you can recharge your SIM or eSIM here https://travel.orange.com/en/top-up/ by choosing the offer that fits your needs.
  • You have not registered your SIM card or eSIM within 30 days : it cannot be reactivated due to French law. You need to buy a new SIM card or eSIM.
  • You have not used your SIM or eSIM for more than 6 months after the end of validity of the last plan : it cannot be reactivated. You need to buy a new SIM card or eSIM.
