Identity verification - How can I register my eSIM?

All Orange SIM cards need to be registered within the first 30 days of activation to keep the service active.  

To register your eSIM/SIM:

1.  Visit Register my SIM card page
2. Select your offer
3. Complete the registration form with the following information and documents, depending on your offer type.

For offers with a phone number starting with +33:

• The phone number* of your prepaid plan :
  06xxxxxxxx  or 07xxxxxxxx (10 digits - French phone number) - always with the 0 before!!
• The SIM/eSIM number* :
  2xxxxxxxxxxxx (13 digits - SIM/eSIM number)
• A copy of your valid ID card or passport

For offers with a phone number starting with +48:

• The phone number* of your prepaid plan
• A copy of your valid ID card or passport

 For data-only offers without an associated phone number:

• The eSIM ID* :
  1xxxxxxxxxxxx (13 digits)
• A copy of your valid ID card or passport.

Once we receive your information, the verification process takes approximately 10 days. 

*You can find this information in your order confirmation email in the case of an eSIM or in the Welcome Pack of your SIM card.
