How can I register my SIM card or eSIM, and what documents and information do I need?

To register your SIM card or eSIM, you will need to go to the Register my SIM card page, select your offer, and fill out the corresponding form, providing the following information and documents:

• The phone number* of your prepaid plan :
  06xxxxxxxx (10 digits - French phone number)
• The SIM/eSIM number* :
  2xxxxxxxxxxxx (13 digits - SIM/eSIM number)
• A copy of your valid ID card or passport.

*You can find this information in the Welcome Pack of your SIM card or in your order confirmation email in the case of an eSIM.
