To register your SIM card or eSIM, you will need to go to the Register my SIM card page, select your offer, and fill out the corresponding form, providing the following information and documents:
-If your offer has a telephone number which starts with +33:

The phone number* of your prepaid plan :
06xxxxxxxx or 07xxxxxxxx (10 digits - French phone number) - always with the 0 before!! -
The SIM/eSIM number* :
2xxxxxxxxxxxx (13 digits - SIM/eSIM number) - A copy of your valid ID card or passport.
-If your offer includes only data, and does not have a telephone number associated:

The eSIM ID* :
1xxxxxxxxxxxx (13 digits) - A copy of your valid ID card or passport.
*You can find this information in the Welcome Pack of your SIM card or in your order confirmation email in the case of an eSIM.
