How to register ?
1. Go to the registration page
Open travel.orange.com/en/sim-card-registration on your computer or phone.
2. Select your offer type
The form and required documents depend on your plan.
3. Fill in the form and upload your documents
Offers starting with +33
- Your phone number — 10 digits, starting with 06 or 07 (keep the leading 0)
- Your eSIM number — 13 digits, starting with 2
- A copy of your valid ID card or passport
Offers starting with +48
- Your phone number
- A copy of your valid ID card or passport
Data-only offers (no phone number)
- Your eSIM ID — 13 digits, starting with 1
- A copy of your valid ID card or passport
You'll find your phone number, eSIM number or eSIM ID in your order confirmation email.
Make sure your ID is valid and your details match exactly (mismatched information is the most common cause of delays)
Register early if you plan to keep using your eSIM
Verification takes up to 10 days, so the sooner you register, the sooner your line is secured. If you plan to use your eSIM beyond your first few days — or to top it up later — register as soon as you receive your eSIM rather than waiting.
What happens if I don't register in time?
If your documents aren't submitted within 30 days, your line is automatically suspended.
