First, make sure to check different elements:
- Your device is compatible with eSIM (iPhone XS, iPhone XS Max, or iPhone XR or later models)
- Your device is carrier unlocked
- You have a stable connection, preferably Wi-Fi

Please note that you can only download your eSIM once. Please do not uninstall or delete it, as customer service will not be able to provide you with a new QR code.
