- If you purchased an eSIM, it will be sent to you via your order confirmation email as a scannable QR code. You can also access this QR code in your customer account on the website or through the Orange Travel app.
- If you purchased a SIM card, it will be delivered by mail. Orders placed after 12 PM GMT+1 will be processed the next business day (excluding weekends and holidays). Delivery times range from 2 to 14 days, depending on the destination and the carrier selected at the time of purchase. Please note that these times are estimates and do not account for any customs delays. You can track your order status in your Orange Travel account under "SIM Purchase History" by clicking the "Delivery Tracking" button.
