To delete your account, please follow these steps:
- Log in to your personal account space here: https://travel.orange.com/en/loginorsignup
- Once logged in, go to your account page: https://travel.orange.com/en/my-account
- Click on “Delete my account”
- Confirm your choice by entering your password and submitting the request
Please note that this action is permanent and will remove all your account information from our service.
What happens to my eSIM after I delete my account?
Your account is completely independent from your eSIM. Deleting your account will not deactivate your eSIM, and your data plan will remain active. However, you will no longer be able to manage it, view your remaining balance, or access your purchase history.
