Before you begin, make sure that:
Your device is compatible with eSIM
Your device is carrier unlocked
You have a stable Internet connection
Step 1: Start the installation
Open the Orange Travel app.
From your purchase confirmation page or from the My eSIMs section, tap Install.
A pop-up will appear: tap Allow to let your phone add the eSIM.
The installation may take a few minutes — wait until the process is complete.
Step 2: Rename your eSIM (optional)
Your phone may suggest renaming your eSIM (for example: Orange Travel eSIM)
Tap Next or Continue.
Step 3: Choose your preferred SIMs
For mobile data: select Orange Travel eSIM.
Configure mobile data
Samsung: Settings → Connections → SIM Manager ; choose Orange Travel eSIM for mobile data.
Google Pixel: Settings → Network & Internet → SIMs ; select Orange Travel eSIM for mobile data.
Enable data roaming
Samsung: Settings → Connections → Mobile Networks → enable Data Roaming.
Google Pixel: Settings → Network & Internet → SIMs → enable Roaming.
Keep Automatic Data Switching disabled to avoid unexpected charges.
Tap Done.
If your plan includes calls and messages
For calls: select Orange Travel as your primary SIM.
For messages: select Orange Travel as your primary SIM.
Your eSIM is ready!
You’ll be able to use it as soon as you arrive and enjoy your trip from the very first moment!
