Before you begin, make sure that:
Your device is compatible with eSIM
Your device is carrier unlocked
You have a stable Internet connection
Start the installation
- Open the Orange Travel app.
- From your purchase confirmation page, or the My eSIMs section, tap Install.
- A pop-up appears — tap Allow to let your phone add the eSIM.
💡Installation can take a few minutes. Don't close the app, just wait until it's done.
2.Rename your eSIM (optional)
Your phone may suggest a name for the new line "Orange Travel eSIM" makes it easy to recognize later. Tap Next or Continue.
3.Choose your preferred SIMs
Set Orange Travel eSIM as your line for mobile data.

Samsung : Settings → Connections → SIM Manager → select Orange Travel eSIM for mobile data
Google Pixel : Settings → Network & Internet → SIMs → select Orange Travel eSIM for mobile data
🌍 Enable data roaming
Samsung : Settings → Connections → Mobile networks → turn on Data Roaming
Google Pixel : Settings → Network & Internet → SIMs → turn on Roaming
⚠️ Keep Automatic Data Switching turned off, to avoid unexpected charges on your home SIM.
Tap Done once everything is set.
4.If your plan includes calls and texts
- For calls: select Orange Travel as your primary SIM.
- For messages: select Orange Travel as your primary SIM.
🎉Your eSIM is ready! You can use it the moment you land, enjoy your trip from the very first minute.
