Before you start
Make sure your Orange Travel eSIM is already installed on your iPhone before starting the activation.
Step 1: Open your mobile settings
Once you arrive at your destination, open Settings > Mobile Service and select your Orange Travel eSIM.
Step 2: Keep Mobile Data Switching turned off
To avoid unexpected charges, make sure Allow Mobile Data Switching stays turned off.
Step 3: Set Orange Travel as your default line for calls and texts, if included in your plan
If your plan includes calls and SMS, go to Default Voice Line and select Orange Travel.
Step 4: Select Orange Travel for mobile data
In your mobile settings, choose Orange Travel as the line used for Mobile Data.
Step 5: Enable Data Roaming
Turn on Data Roaming to start using your eSIM at destination.
Step 6: Activation confirmation
Once everything is set correctly, your eSIM is activated and ready to use.
