Is my phone eSIM-compatible?

Before you buy an Orange Travel eSIM, your phone needs to support eSIM technology.

The quickest way to check: dial *#06#

Open your phone’s keypad and dial *#06#. If an EID number appears in the list, your phone supports eSIM. If you only see an IMEI and no EID, it doesn’t.

This works on any phone, whatever the brand, including models that aren’t listed below.

Which phones are compatible?

Orange Travel eSIMs work on eSIM-capable phones from:

  • Apple — iPhone XR / XS and later, including iPhone Air
  • Google — Pixel 3 and later, including Pixel Fold
  • Samsung — Galaxy S20 and later, Galaxy Note20, Z Flip and Z Fold, and some Galaxy A models (A35, A36, A54, A55, A56)
  • Huawei — P40, Mate 40, nova 13 and later, Pura 80

⚠️ Supporting eSIM isn’t enough on its own: your phone also needs to be unlocked. Check whether your phone is carrier-locked.
